Wella Balsam is an extra body conditioner that is 98% oil free and has a special PH-balanced formula with Balsamate. A patent built in bodifier makes the hair feel thicker and fuller. This conditioner works instantly to help restore strength and elasticity to troubled hair. Leave hair shiny, full of body, manageable and easy to comb. Apply shampooing; apply evenly throughout hair, especially to damaged ends. Leave on one minute. Rinse thoroughly for 1 to 2 minutes to remove all excess conditioner from hair.
